Fore 3/32" Axle bearing/bushing

The 3/32" axle bearing/bushing installation and alignment tool is back with a new updated design.

We've added a flange on one side of the stainless steel collet to make it easier to use with bushings.

The flange allows for a little more room between the bushing/bearing install tool and your soldering iron tip.

No more guessing or worries about slightly out of line pillow blocks or bearings.

You can now solder or glue your bushings and bearings in place while being held straight.

This is used by many of the top builders!

The spring is soldered to two brass tubes which push the inside bearing race outward.

Simply place the spring and the brass tubes in the middle of your bearings (pushing outward) and place the collars on the outside of each bearing then tighten the setscrew.

Stainless Steel custom spring with brass tubes pre-soldered to the spring
Two stainless collars that support the outer race of the bearing keeping the bearings perpendicular to the axle
